At Heal DMD we are fighting to make a difference by funding critical research and providing much-needed resources to families affected by this devastating condition.

1. The majority of funds go towards promising gene therapy research and other therapeutics that can significantly change the course of the disease.

2. Provide benevolent assistance for Duchenne families to help with their over-bearing medical needs that are most often not covered by insurance (e.g., a handicap accessible van, Hoyer lifts, in-home ramps, medical travel expenses and other).
