Andrey Vorobyovski
Andrey Vorobyovski is the co-founder of Heal DMD. He is a serial entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning the automotive, real estate, travel, technology, and social impact industries. His ability to identify and leverage emerging trends has been instrumental in his success as a CEO and startup founder. Andrey is also an active volunteer and community leader focused on empowering people to overcome their health challenges and encouraging them to live their lives to the fullest.
Ayuna Tckachenko
Ayuna Tckachenko is a DMD mom and co-founder of Heal DMD. She is a Financial Services executive with experience in Analytics, Data Science, Fraud Risk Management and Retail Consulting. She previously served on boards of the nonprofit organizations such as North Central Parenting Group, Basis Phoenix Primary Boosters, and volunteered with Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine. She is determined to help accelerate life-saving therapeutics for DMD patients and support them in achieving fulfillment and happiness.
Mahasweta Dhawan
Mahasweta Dhawan, a seasoned executive with over two decades of
experience in the financial industry, is a visionary leader known for her
strategic acumen and transformative initiatives. Currently serving as Vice
President of Customer Data and Relationship platform at American Express, she
plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy for managing
customer data enterprise-wide.
With a passion for driving results and fostering innovation, Mahasweta continues to make significant contributions to the financial industry, shaping the future of customer data management and analytics. She is passionate about applying her skillset and experience to drive positive changes for Duchenne community.
Dmitriy Urich
Dmitriy Urich is a registered nurse with over two decades of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and began his nursing career in pediatrics. After working in pediatrics for over a decade, he transitioned to the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), where he has been working since 2010.
Dmitriy’s experience and knowledge in the medical field, combined with his dedication to helping people with DMD, make him a valuable asset to the Heal DMD community. He is committed to supporting the organization’s mission and making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by this devastating disease.
Advisory Board
Danielle Crop is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Data Officer of American Express and Albertson’s Companies. At Albertson’s she built the data center of excellence. This included creating data teams for data management and building advanced data science capabilities (AI/ML). At American Express she led globally disperse teams responsible for the data products that create, manage, govern, store, and share American Express data assets. Over her career, she has held a series of global roles across risk, payments and digital products with a background in analytics, data management, AI/ML, as well as digital transformation and product management. Danielle holds both a B.S. in Quantitative Ecology and M.S. in Statistics from Oregon State University. Danielle is a strong advocate for giving back to her community, and she has made a significant impact through her volunteer work. Danielle co-founded the Phoenix Chapter of Women in Product to grow and give back to the community of women in software product management in Phoenix area. She also serves on the board of the Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to families in need.
Michael Dupuy is an accomplished anesthesiologist with over 40 years of experience in the field. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana and Medical School at Tulane University. After completing his anesthesiology residency at UCLA, he moved to Phoenix to practice with Valley Anesthesiology. Michael is the proud father of four children and five grandsons. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and participating in all kinds of outdoor activities, including golfing, running, swimming, and biking. Dr Dupuy is a dedicated professional who is committed to providing the highest quality care to his patients and is thrilled to serve as a board member of Heal DMD.
Dr. Chris Henslee is an anesthesiologist with Envision Healthcare who joined the group in 2010. He was nominated by his University of Texas medical school classmates in 2006 for induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and continues to live and practice according to those ideals. During his time with Envision he has volunteered for many leadership roles and patient initiatives including taking a principal role in the creation of the Preoperative Anesthesia Testing clinic at Banner University Phoenix and serving as Medical Director for the CORE Institute Specialty Hospital. On a volunteer basis, Dr. Henslee immediately sought opportunities to impact the Phoenix community upon arrival in 2010 and became an active supporter of Camelot Therapeutic Horsemanship including donating a horse in 2011. As a husband and father of 3, Dr. Henslee is excited to support “Heal DMD.” He stated, “Heal DMD will serve families struggling to treat and cope with a devastating disease. These families need both financial and emotional support and I’m honored to be a part of their journey through taking a role with Heal DMD”.
